Yansab is committed to implement the concept of continuous
improvement as the way it runs its business and particularly will be
reflected in the following processes and systems:
Initiation , implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management
Systems to run Yansab daily business , fulfill health , safety and
environment requirement and achieve International standard
certification such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000 , ….This will be including
standardizing, controlling and maintaining documentation of all
above management systems.
Performance Management is the overall system of cascading the vision
and strategy down to all levels of staff, aligning & measuring each
person’s role/objectives and performance to meet Yansab business
goals. This measurement will enable to improve organization
effectiveness, enhance the organization culture, align and maximize
employee performance and optimize potential to support Yansab
business strategy as it grows in the global market place and to
ensure its world-class competitiveness
Being a knowledge based organization, Yansab shall develop and
maintain Competency Management systems and programs to monitor and
ensure the required knowledge, skills and behaviors has been
identified and the necessary training and development will be
provided to all Yansab employees at all levels.
Yansab shall encourage the participation of all its employees in
identifying potential improvement in various aspects through the
implementation of Suggestion Systems as it believes that continuous
improvement is never-ending efforts involving everyone in the
organization.
